How do I get clients through Trova?
We help attract clients for your practice through referrals from our corporate partners. We also handle and fund the marketing of your profile online, helping clients find you faster directly.
How are clients matched with me on Trova’s platform?
For all providers on our platform, we gather information about their specialties and the client populations they’d like to serve. When clients search our platform, they put details regarding the services they are seeking, along with their preferences for a provider’s race, gender, language abilities, treatment specialties and other characteristics.
What is the commitment and how much does it cost?
Joining and using Trova is completely free and we do not collect any booking fees or a percentage of your visit. We have no minimum hours or caseload requirements. Our providers have the freedom to decide their client load and schedule.
What are the requirements to join Trova?
To join our network, providers: You must be licensed or certified/trained providers at the highest standards in each of your countries. You must be a Counselor or the equivalent, or a Licensed Psychologist or Psychiatrist and all licenses must be active. We also have a robust group of coaches. Our standard are those who have an International Coaching Federation certification or an equivalent.
What does a Professional subscription have that the Basic doesn’t?
The Professional subscription is for providers who want to integrate their network bookings and manage their private practices all on a single platform. There are several additional features including access to preferred corporate clients, a white-labeled private practice booking page, personal 3rd party calendar integration, and customizable client emails. It also offers branding options, financial reports, team management, plus so much more.
