How do I add a note to my client

Adding a note to your client on Trova is a simple process. When you’re on the client’s profile, click the “Create Note” button located at the top of the screen. If you save the note for later, it remains in an open state, allowing you to edit it until you mark the note as complete. Even after marking a note as complete, you can add more information by creating an addendum. It’s important to note that once a note is marked as complete, it cannot be edited. All notes are conveniently displayed in the client profile and the notes section, ensuring quick access for each client.
